Even though there are still some portions of people do not accept high-tech products as Dr. Molenda and Bichelmeyer mentioned in the article, Issues and Trends in Instructional Technology", they still need to accept the reality of technology’s pervasiveness and convergence.
Future questions we address for materials in instruction technology won't be like "have you used computer-based simulation", but "how often have you used computer-based simulation?" or "how effective does this technological material help you know?"
