A recognized specialist in instructional design and technical training, Dr. Clark holds a doctorate in Educational Psychology and Instructional Technology from the University of Southern California. Prior to founding CLARK Training & Consulting, Dr. Clark served as training manager for Southern California Edison. She is past president of the International Society for Performance Improvement and author of four books and numerous articles.

Ruth Clark: Dr. Ruth Clark is the author of three books including "Developing Technical Training" and the award-winning "Building Expertise." Her most recent book, "E-Learning & The Science of Instruction" is co-authored with Dr. Richard Mayer of the University of California at Santa Barbara, a recognized expert in multimedia research. Ruth is a past President of ISPI and is a frequent speaker at industry events around the world. Since receiving her doctorate in instructional psychology, Ruth has produced seven instructional design seminars through Clark Training & Consulting. Her organization offers two instructional design certification programs including one in e-Learning design.
