Associate Professor, Instructional Systems Technology, Indiana University since 1972.

Teaching duties include designing and teaching courses in Instructional Technology Foundations, Distance Education, and doctoral readings.

Research interests include instructional processes in higher education, teacher use of media and technology in K-12 education, barriers to technology use and restructuring in public schools, and instructional design.

Founding Editor, Asia-Pacific Cybereducation Journal, beginning 2003.

What I do: In the Instructional Systems Technology (IST) program, I teach graduate courses, advise master's and doctoral students, and direct dissertations. I also advise GIST, the student organization in IST.
