He used to be a District Manager, and was responsible for strategic planning for education, training, and performance improvement for AT&T.

Dr. Rosenberg is past president of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), and participated to found the editorial board of the Society's research journal, Performance Improvement Quarterly.

Over 30 articles in the field are under his author and cited frequently in major trade publications, including Forbes ASAP, Management Review, Training Directors' Forum, Training, Training and Development, Lifelong Learning Market Report, Service News and The Learning Enterprise, where he was featured as a "leading light" in 1995.
