Lou Carey (University of South Florida)

Lou Carey, a professor in the department of educational measurement and research at the University of South Florida, has developed Web-based courses and, as a member of an evaluation team for the Innovations in Technology and Teaching Project, evaluates other courses.

Major publications in the field of Instrucitonal Technology include his work with Walter O Dick, Florida State University, and James O Carey, University of South Florida, in their book titled "The Systematic Design of Instruction." This book discusses and introduces students to the fundamentals of instructional design and helps them learn the concepts and procedures for designing, developing, and evaluating instruction for all delivery formats.
