• Teach on-campus and online graduate classes in human performance technology, instructional technology, and program evaluation
• Ability to teach graduate and undergraduate courses
• College/university teaching experience

Research, Writing, and Other Proficiencies

• Conduct Original Research
• Good scholar and researcher (conceptualize, design, carry out data collection, analyze data, write and publish scholarly papers, present at national and international conferences, disseminate research in various ways, and occasionally write a grant to pay for the work)
• Documented experience in development of training and/or performance interventions
• Proven ability to conduct empirical research
• Advise Students
• Expertise with computers and multimedia
